- TIM JOHNSON - THE CAPTAIN
Head chef & manager, Started the Red & Green Buffet Co from leaving the Army in 2005, the original concept was a sandwich bar and an outside catering business based in Barnehurst (Bexleyheath) called the Lunch Company. The reputation of the business grew and over time evolved into much more of an outside catering business delivering to more and more corporate clients. The business has now moved to its current location in Erith (Birch house). Being a chef married to a veggie has made Tim a better, more creative chef, always seeking new ideas, ingredients, and concepts. To the point that when we decided to change the business name back in 2010, the Green aspect of the business name is about reflecting our desire to put veggies & vegans on par with the carnivores.
- YASMINE - ADMINISTRATION
Yasmine has recently joined us and is currently studying business administration as part of her apprenticeship here with us. It tends to be Yasmine's friendly voice you will hear when you call us, she also sends and responds to the emails.
