Cheeses to suit your guests

Our cheese platters are hand-prepared to suit all tastes but we do not have preset menus. We prefer to do our preparation work after we have discussed your requirements with you.

A cheese platter should include a variety of cheeses, ranging very mild to those with more pronounced flavours, but tastes do vary so there is little point in serving an extremely tangy cheese to people who prefer mild varieties.

If you are looking for a buffet with a difference, talk to us first. We will offer suggestions to help you match your cheese choices to your guests’ preferences – and we will surprise them with palate-pleasing accompaniments!
