Yes, our menus are simply ideas and suggestions which from experience work well. However they are also flexible and easily interchangeable if you want to mix them up just ask. Also if you do not see something you like, just suggest it to us and we will work with you to offer a completely new menu based around your thoughts and ideas. We make most of our food from fresh and are not tied to a supplier.

Yes we do, where possible we will factor in the cost to your catering order and keep the overall price simple, for example a wedding with 3 course meal, for an extra £2.50 per head we would recommend all cutlery and cutlery to match the courses with tablecloths and serviettes to suit the colour scheme. With glassware it is normal to have a champagne glass a water glass and a wine glass per person and this normally comes to £1.50 per person. This price will also include the cleaning.
When I took over the business in 2005 it was called “The Lunch Company” which is great if all the catering we provided was at Lunchtime, but increasingly our catering grew to a much more 24/7 service. We also provided a lot of innovative vegetarian or vegan type catering alongside the “normal” catering requests as most chefs pay only lip service to this sector. After much (and perhaps too much) thought we felt we should have new business name and in doing so we should try to highlight the fact that we provide great food for veggies and meat eaters alike. We then tried to avoid the traditional catering names with puns on herbs or sauces and the choice was then obvious “The Red & Green Buffet Company” which was great until I had to pay the sign writer!
