Tracey Heyworth, Footscray, Buffet Verde

Just wanted to say thanks so much for the wonderful food - I've had lots of emails from some very committed carnivores telling me how much they enjoyed the spread. The quiche, fritatta, scotch eggs and asparagus crostini were particular favourites, but I loved the olive straws and the coronation carrot sandwiches. If I need another buffet, I know where to come and I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to meat eaters and veggies alike.
