Bowl food & sliders

The idea behind bowl food is really to have a selection of street food inspired favourites and then rather than have just one plated dish in a more traditional setting, enjoy lots of little dishes standing up (or seated). The portions are smaller and as the name suggests mainly presented in a bowl.

Having small portions is similar to how you would enjoy a tapas for example & the beauty of them is that you get to try a few different tastes as you would do with canapes, but they are slightly more filling. Bowl food is a fun concept; below are some ideas & suggestions that work well. We can work on new ideas & always open to suggestions, we would recommend bowl food for informal events, networking, corporate events, parties or cocktail parties
