This colourful and tasty buffet works well on any occasion, for 40 people this choice will be £8.15 per head. The price includes delivery on white china platters, with a white banqueting roll for the buffet table, serviettes and disposable plates

In terms of cost with staff, cockery, cutlery hotel style chafing dishes, delivery, collection with washing service included plus VAT included (hot or served food has to include VAT, whereas chilled food set up as self service is VAT free) would be for say 40 people £21.60 per head or £864 - no hidden costs
